Сегодня 31-го августа в главном следственном управлении полиции Ширакского марза следователь следственного отдела представил ходатайство в суд общей юрисдикции Ширакского марза, чтобы в качестве меры пресечения в отношении телохранителя Вардана Гукасяна – 26-летнего Арутюна Гамбаряна было применено заключение под арест сроком на два месяца.
Фотокорреспондент Гагик Шамшял из Гюмри сообщил сайту shamshyan.com о том, что недавно сотрудники управления полиции Ширакского марза в наручниках в зал суда доставили телохранителя Вардана Гукасяна. Закрытое заседание суда состоялось под председательством судьи Арутюна Мовсисяна.
По окончанию заседания, после возвращения из кабинета для совещаний, судья удовлетворил ходатайство следователя и в качестве меры пресечения назначил тюремный арест сроком на два месяца.
Гагик Шамшян сообщил, что в отношении А. Гамбаряна возбуждено уголовное дело по пункту 1 части 3 статьи 258 Уголовного Кодекса Армении («Хулиганство, которое сопровождалось намеренными действиями, грубым нарушением общественного порядка, которое выражалось в неуважительном отношении к обществу и сопровождалось насилием или угрозой его совершить, а также уничтожением чужого имущества со стороны группы лиц или организованной группы»).
А. Гамбарян в наручниках был доставлен в Уголовно-исполнительное учреждение города Артика.
